Cultural events offer fully immersive cultural experiences that take guests on a journey into the world’s oldest living culture. Against a backdrop of traditional percussive instruments and ancient Noongar song, Dreamtime stories are brought to life through storytelling, welcoming and cleansing ceremonies and visually captivating, cultural dances.
Smoking Ceremonies
Feel cleansed as you pass through the smoke infused with the aromas of the Australian bush. An ancient ritual accompanied by traditional songs and their interpretations, sung in the Noongar Whadjuk dialect.
Welcomes to Country
One of the most significant of Cultural protocols, the Welcome to Country ceremony can only be conducted by loremen who are of the traditional people of that region.
Cultural Artifacts
Stroke a kangaroo hide or tap out a rhythm on the clapping sticks. This interactive experience showcasing traditional tools, artifacts, medicine plants and ceremonial ochres.
Djoogan Keeninyirra
The Djoogan Keeninyirra dancers bring Noongar stories to life in spectacular fashion through song, dance and ceremonial ochre body paint. Available for festivals and events.
The Wagyl (Rainbow Serpent)
We bring an ancient Dreamtime story to life with a near 40 metre long, spectacularly colourful, visual interpretation of the Wagyl (Rainbow Serpent).
